The Three Corners Connector CIP in Oklahoma for the spring 2026 grant cycle will open on April 6, with a deadline of May 15. The Community Investment Program will award individual grants of up to $50,000. Neither Three Corners Connector nor its developer, Grid United, determine grant recipients.
The fall 2025 grant cycle closed on November 15. A committee of community members in both Texas and Cimarron counties reviewed the applications, and grant awards were announced January 9, 2026.

Three Corners Connector established the Community Investment Program (CIP) at the Southern Colorado Economic Development District (SCEDD) in 2025. The CIP supports projects that enhance quality of life and strengthen communities in Pueblo, Otero, Bent, and Baca counties. Neither Three Corners Connector nor its developer, Grid United, determine grant recipients.
The spring 2026 grant cycle closed on January 23, with applications currently under review. Dates for the fall 2026 grant cycle will be shared in the coming weeks.
